A limited number of named scholarships established by Puget Sound alumni and friends will be awarded on a competitive basis to currently enrolled undergraduate students who meet the selection criteria established by the individual donors. Scholarships are awarded on an annual basis with award amounts up to $3,000.
Selection criteria may include academic achievement, specific majors, intended career plans, religious activities, campus involvement, and community service activities. The majority of these scholarships are need-based awards. Priority is given to students who demonstrate financial need as determined by completing the FAFSA.
Students selected for one of these named scholarships will be notified of their award in June. Students will not be notified if they are not selected. Applications will remain on file so that students can be considered for any new scholarship opportunities that may become available during the academic year.
