Why did you choose University of Puget Sound?
I knew I wanted to go to a liberal arts school in the Northwest. When I came to Puget Sound as a prospective student it stood out because all of the students that I met were so welcoming and genuinely happy to meet me. The campus seemed very alive and like such a great community.
What professor has especially inspired you during your time at Puget Sound?
Dexter Gordon - he really challenges students intellectually and pushes them to confront tough topics like race and class, but he's also really funny and relatable!

I have been a member of the Residence Life staff for the past two years and am active in the Greek community.

What advice would you give to a prospective student or first year about the Puget Sound experience?
Take advantage of all of the amazing leadership opportunities and really get to know your supervisors and professors through them.
What quirky or fun thing do you wish you had known before you came to Puget Sound?
Having a fan to leave on low while you sleep for white noise makes all the difference when you're living in the residence halls!
