A complete application consists of the Application for Transfer Admission, the Puget Sound Transfer Supplement, the College Official's Report, official transcripts from each college or university attended, an Instructor Evaluation, and your $50 application fee. High school transcripts and results of either the SAT or ACT must be submitted if you have completed less than one year of college.
