International Student Financial Documents

All international applicants (including Canadian applicants) must complete the College Board's CSS/PROFILE (International Student Financial Aid Application) and the College Board's International Student Certification of Finances. To access these forms from the Common Application site, select the supplements tab and scroll to the bottom to find links to these documents.

For those students who cannot complete the electronic/online form, download and complete the PDFs below and fax them to the Office of Admission at 253.879.3993. Graduate students must download the PDFs below or contact us directly at 800.396.7191 or admission@pugetsound.edu to have the forms faxed or mailed to you.
