Favorite Thing(s) about Puget Sound and the School of Music:
Laura loves the really supportive professors who encouraged her to study two instruments (organ and piano) and that she was not required to choose just one. She appreciates being able to have a close relationship with “countless” professors. “I love it here!”

Why did you choose Puget Sound?
Laura had teachers who attended Puget Sound and spoke highly of the school. When she visited, she loved the beautiful campus and felt very comfortable here. She really appreciated that even before she was a student, she was getting personal contact from professors. She could tell the professors were supportive and truly cared about their students here. She also thinks the organ in Kilworth Chapel is beautiful!

Favorite place on campus:
Oppenheimer Café
(try the Duke of Earl or the Eggnog Latte) and Kilworth Chapel, which she finds to be peaceful and quiet.
