Concert Attire

Adelphians/ Voci d'Amici

Women: A dress will be required by the students to purchase once accepted into the performing group (approximate cost $80)

Men: Black tux, white shirt, block bow tie, black shoes, and black socks (tux may be purchased once you are in the performing group.)

Chorale

Women: You may choose either of two options (no open-toed shoes, bare shoulders or midriff)

  1. Floor-length black dress with conservative neck, black/off-black nylons, closed-toed black shoes, and simple jewelry.
  2. Floor-length black skirt or black pants (no denim), black blouse with conservative neck, black/off-black nylons, closed-toed black shoes, and simple jewelry.

Men: Black tux with white shirt, black bow tie, black socks, and black dress shoes (you may substitute black jacket and black dress pants for tux).

Dorian Singers

Students will be required to purchase a dress once accepted into the performing group (approx. cost $80)

Wind Ensemble

Women: You may choose either of two options (no open-toed shoes, bare shoulders or midriff)

  1. Floor-length black dress with conservative neck, black/off-black nylons, closed-toed black shoes, and simple jewelry.
  2. Floor-length black skirt or black pants (no denim), black blouse with conservative neck,black/off-black nylons, closed-toed black shoes, and simple jewelry.

Men: Black suit or tux, white shirt, black bow tie, black shoes, and black socks.

Concert Band

Women: Same as Wind Ensemble above.
Men:  Same as Wind Ensemble above.

Jazz Band

Women and Men: Nice clothes (solid colors), and jacket and/or ties are optional. No jeans. No white shirts/blouses.

Symphony Orchestra

Women: You may choose either of two options (no open-toed shoes, bare shoulders or midriff):

  1. Floor-length black dress with conservative neck, black/off-black nylons, closed-toed black shoes, and simple jewelry.
  2. Floor-length black skirt or black pants (no denim), black blouse with conservative neck, black/off-black nylons, closed-toed black shoes, and simple jewelry.
