Music Day
This day-long event in November invites high school students and their families to attend classes, rehearals, and special interest sessions, tour campus, and meet current students and faculty.  Attendees also learn morea botu applying to Puget Sound's music program (for the music major, music minor, and music scholarships).  Contact our music admission coordinator for more information.


Conductors Institute: Conductors of bands at all levels are invited to participate in this multi-day workshop in January to refresh their skills, learn about new band literature, and improve score study and rehearsal techniques. Conductors Institute will take place Friday, Jan. 15 through Monday, Jan. 18, 2016.


Northwest Honor Choir Festival is an energetic two-day choral experience for advanced high school choral students held on Friday, Oct. 2, and Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015. 

Serious About Singing High School Workshop is a vocal workshop for top regional high school singers who are dedicated to improving their vocal skills and to exploring in more depth the art of singing. Students selected for this year's workshop will have the opportunity to expand their acting and interpretive skills in the morning session, get individual feedback on their repertoire in two small master classes with our outstanding voice faculty, and perform in the final afternoon concert. Serious About Singing will take place on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015

Women's Chorus Festival: Held annually in February, this festival invites women's choirs from the region to campus for an evening of sharing performances and receiving input from the Puget Sound choral faculty.
