Music will be mailed to teachers/conductors upon receipt of the completed application. Students should be familiar with the music.
If applications are received less than two weeks prior to the event, music will have to be picked up from the Office of Public Events, University of Puget Sound.
Each performer and teacher will receive two complimentary tickets to the final concert. Tickets will be included in the music packet for the teacher to distribute.
Additional tickets will be on sale only at the concert hall for $8 each prior to the concert.
Concert attire is your school's concert attire. Students should also bring a black folder for the concert.
Registered teachers/conductors will receive information regarding bus parking, campus map, etc.
A new student may replace a registered student in case of illness, etc., but please note that the new student’s name will not appear in the printed concert program.
Students may order CDs of the final performance of the Northwest Honor Choir at $15 each. An order form will be included in each student’s music packet. Students are asked to bring their completed CD order form and payment to the festival and turn it in during their lunch break on Friday. CDs will be mailed to the address on the order form following the festival.
