Rachael Gary, Senior Writing Advisor

I graduated from Puget Sound this past spring with a major in Comparative Politics and an emphasis in East Asian Studies. I love tea, owls, and all things Asian—I spent my last undergraduate year abroad on the Pacific Rim program petting cobras and trekking in the Himalayas. I’ve returned to UPS this year for my Master of Arts in Teaching and plan to teach high Social Studies and English Language Arts after I graduate (again), maybe even abroad at an international school. I love to travel and write, and I look forward to another year working in the Writing Center!
