Information on the campus-wide PrintGreen print management system

Suggestions for Saving Paper and Reducing Printing:

• Print Double-Sided: The computers in the Learning Commons are set to print double-sided automatically. You can always print individual documents single-sided as needed.

• Preview Your Document: Almost every program has a preview feature that allows you to see exactly what you are printing before sending it to the printer. This can help you catch mistakes like printing on the wrong orientation (portrait vs. landscape) or on the wrong size paper.

• Use Scrap Paper: Paper that has already run through the printer will cause paper jams if used in the printer again. Use the back side of this paper to take notes. There is a supply of re-usable paper next to the printer -- help yourself.
