- ACM Portal
Includes advanced search features and the full-text ACM Digital Library, which contains articles published in ACM periodicals and proceedings since 1947. The portal also includes The Guide, a bibliographic collection from major publishers in computing with over 750,000 entries. Note: The Guide is the default selection on the interface. - Computer Source

UPS doesn't have access to the reviews, but try this database to identify sources. Then track down from the citations using Simon, the Collins Library catalog. - arXiv
Full text e-print server. The new paradigm in scholarly publishing. Covers physics, math and computer science. Also contains the Computing Research Repository (CoRR). - MathSciNet
This is primarily a mathematics database, but it also covers computer science. Browse 'current journals' list for particular titles. Limit search to Mathematics Subject Classification: 68 Computer Science, browse subject list or search subject list. - Academic Search Premier
This is not a science-specific database, but it does provide abstracts and full text for several hundred general science journals and magazines.
