The Office of the Registrar will close at 11:00am on Friday May 24. The office will re-open after the Memorial Day Holiday at 8:30am on Tuesday May 28.
If you are unable to visit the office, a transcript request form is provided for your convenience. Before your transcript can be released you must clear any academic holds. You can send your request using the following methods:

Current students or students who have access to their University of Puget Sound assigned e-mail account do not need to send a signed request form as long as the request is sent using your University assigned e-mail account. Please remember to include the full name and address of the recipient. If you do not have access to a University assigned e-mail, please send a signed request as an attachment to your e-mail. Electronic, typed, or digital signatures will not be accepted. The subject line should be "transcript request". Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are unable to download the transcript request form you can send a written request with the following information:
- Current Name and any former name(s) you may have used
- Social Security Number or UPSID number
- Date of Birth
- Current Address
- Telephone Number
- Graduation date or approximate dates of attendance
- Type of transcript (official or unofficial)
- Recipient's Name and Address (if your are the recipient please indicate so in your request)
- Your Signature (required to release your transcript)
Transcripts are normally mailed approximately one to two business days after receipt of the request. Transcripts for current students are updated at the end of each grading period. Therefore there may be a period of 10 working days after grades are posted when your transcript is not available to be released. If you provide a return address confirmation showing when and where your transcript was sent will be mailed to you.

Q. How much does it cost to order my transcript?
A. Transcripts are provided to all students (current, former and alumni) at no charge. This includes mailing, so please do not list your credit card on the form (unless you are requesting to have your transcript sent via Fed Ex). If you have an outstanding balance from a request made prior to July 1, 2005, your current request will be processed, and you will receive notification of the total amount you owe. Payment will need to be made by check as we do not accept credit or debit cards as a means of payment.
Q. Can my transcript be sent to me by email?
A. Yes, an unofficial transcript can be sent by fax, or by email. If you require an official the transcript must be sent by mail.
Q. How long will it take for my transcript to arrive?
A. Requests are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days. When transcripts are sent by mail, we use standard first class mail. Mailing time will depend on how long it typically takes the Post Office to deliver mail to the address you provided. Transcripts sent by email or fax should arrive within 1 - 2 business days.
Q. Can the mailing be expedited?
A. Yes. We typically use Fed Ex for expedited mailing. If you would like to have your transcript sent by Fed Ex, you must provide a credit card number and expiration date for the Fed Ex fee. There is space provided on the transcript request form. Fed Ex cannot deliver to a Post Office Box. You must include a street address for the recipient. If you have more than one recipient, please indicate which transcript should be sent via Fed Ex.
