I love bringing my Midwestern pride to Tacoma (I grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota), though I have fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest in my three years at Puget Sound. 2012-2013 is my senior year, and I will be graduating with an English major (Writing, Rhetoric and Culture) and a Religion minor. Last year I studied abroad for 9 months on the PacRim program, so I am excited to get as involved with the Puget Sound community as I can before my time here is over. When I’m not studying, I spend my time in the kitchen, doing yoga, running and writing for The Trail. Puget Sound has been an amazing place for me, and I want to do everything I can to bring the same positive experience to its new students.
