The content in this section identify special style issues for the university's responsive website. Responsive means that the site is designed to change format according to the device or screen size it is being viewed on. Our site looks one way on a large desktop screen, automatically changes format if you're using a tablet device (or size your desktop browser window down to tablet width), and changes format, again automatically, for smaller mobile devices like phones. This means that you need to be familiar with how your content appears in these various orientations to best plan how to share your information. For instance, the optional feature section at the top of the page disappears entirely in the mobile version.
All other issues pertaining to style and usage for Puget Sound institutional promotional publications, including the web, are covered in the comprehensive Publication Style Guide.
