To add or edit your email signature on a PC using Outlook, first click the File tab in at the top left.
Then click the Options button near the bottom of the left-side menu.
When the Options window opens, select Mail in the list on the left.
Select the Signatures button near the top of the screen on the right.
You can use the New button to add a new signature or edit an existing one to meet the new recommendations.
The recommendations are listed on the Email Signatures page. If you highlight the university name, click the drop-down arrow next to the font color, and select More Colors, you can enter the following RGB values to get the correct maroon: R (100), G (10), B (10).
The correct grey values for the majority of your signature text are R (116), G (117), B (120).
