In the event of an emergency, please call 253.879.3311 (security services) seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
Lost keys/key cards will result in a $25.00 charge. There will be a charge for each lost residence hall room key and/or outside door key/key card not returned by the end of the day of check out. If both a key and a swipe card are lost the fee will be $50.00.
Each room is equipped with free, high-speed internet access. Apple or PC computers are available for use in several computer labs on campus. Contact the Conference Services office for wifi and login information (253.879.3483).
In Thomas and Trimble Residence Halls, linen service is provided and beds are made prior to registration by university staff. In all other residence halls, linens are placed in the room and there is a $25 fee per participant for this service. Linen service includes: one pillow and pillowcase, two blankets, two flat sheets, and enough towels for the duration of the program.
Participants may contact Conference Services to request additional towels at any time.

Mail is delivered to the University of Puget Sound mailroom Monday through Friday. Please allow one additional day for delivery beyond your expected delivery date. Parcels arriving after a group's departure will be returned to the sender.
Conference Services cannot receive shipments or mail for any program earlier than two weeks prior to its arrival on campus. Due to limited storage space, shipments received more than two weeks in advance may have to be returned to the sender, and a handling fee may be assessed. All requirements listed in our shipping policy must be met by shippers.
Meals are served in the Diner in Wheelock Student Center. The entrance is located in the main lobby on the west side of the building. The following stations will be offering meals at varying times: Italian Station, Latin America Station, Asian Station, the Grill, and the Deli. Most stations will have vegetarian options in addition to the choices in the regular fare. There are also self-serve fresh fruit and salad bars, beverages and desserts. Conferences with food service include one entrée per meal period and we ask that you you not remove food from the dining area for health code reasons. We also have a student-managed coffee and espresso bar, Diversions Cafe, located in Wheelock Student Center. It is open weekdays 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Coffee, espresso drinks, Italian sodas and a variety of pastries are available for purchase daily.
Our housing facilities are not air-conditioned. We suggest bringing your own alarm clocks, fans, hangers, and reading lamps. As most bathrooms are shared facilities, you may also wish to bring a bathrobe and shower shoes with you.
While the majority of campus is alcohol free, guests 21 years of age and older are permitted to consume alcoholic beverages privately in their rooms. There are no refrigeration units in the rooms, though there are large refrigerators in the common kitchen areas in each residence hall.
There is no charge for parking on campus; however, we ask that you park only in marked stalls and not red fire lanes or yellow loading zones. Please secure your vehicle and remove all valuables.
Pets are not allowed in any buildings on campus, including residence halls. Animals that assist our disabled guests are the only exception to this policy and should be cleared through the Conference staff prior to arrival.
The Aquatic Center is currently under construction and will be closed for Summer 2016. The Fitness Center is open weekdays 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. and is available to any registered guest at no charge. A signed waiver is required for any person who wishes to use the Fitness Center, please contact Conference Services to obtain a pass and sign a waiver. Other facilities available for conference guests include a lighted running track, outdoor field space, and indoor basketball courts.
