What do Puget Sound students say about the Networking Etiquette event?
“I had a great time—worked on my formal conversation and networking, and ate really well. I feel more capable and prepared for the work world.”
“The relaxed, friendly atmosphere helps make this event fun. Making a mistake is OK, which helps.”
“It was entertaining with useful advice and humorous stories about how to avoid etiquette mishaps. It was a good opportunity to walk through and actually practice proper etiquette.”
Etiquette Events are not just for juniors and seniors. First and second year students are encouraged to attend. Get a head start learning and practicing these important "soft" skills that employers value!
The Alumni Council Career and Employment Services Committee hosts the Etiquette event each spring, and ASK Night each fall. Please join us in thanking them for their efforts on behalf of Puget Sound students!
