The Refugee Federation Service Center (RFSC) began in 1982 and is an ethnic, grassroots, nonprofit refugee and immigrant coalition created to assist refugees and immigrants in their transition to life in the United States. RFSC serves as a resource for local companies and agencies; strengthens and empowers ethnic refugee communities; serves and supports refugee and immigrant children; and advocates for refugees and immigrants to have equal access and equal opportunity in education, training, employment, social, political and economic arenas.
