Before we can begin to schedule your event, you need to secure a reservation for your desired space. Spaces most commonly used for catered events are listed below with links to contact information. If you are from off campus, please feel free to contact Conference Services for assistance; they will discuss the best spaces with you and make the reservation on your behalf.
Wheelock Student Center
Including venues such as the Murray Board Room and its reception room, the Rasmussen Rotunda, Marshall Hall, and several conference rooms of various sizes.
Trimble Hall Forum or Study
Holding over 160 people in the basement of McIntyre Hall
Kilworth Memorial Chapel
Weddings and more in the chapels and lounge
Collins Memorial Library
Misner, Shelmidine, and McCormick, as well as the presentation room
Wyatt Hall and other classrooms on campus
Athletics facilities, Jones conference room, Schneebeck Concert Hall, Todd Field
