Additional Services

Labor Fees
A labor fee will be charged for any additional labor beyond normal staffing guidelines for an event. Beverage bars, carving stations, food action stations, early setup time, or the passing of hors d'oeuvres will all require an additional labor fee.

  • On-Site Labor (carver, chef, bartender, or server): $26.25 per hour
  • Off-Site Labor (carver, chef, bartender, or server): $31.50 per hour

China, Glassware, Equipment Rental or Service
China service applies to groups or guests that have ordered food service for the particular event and would like to have china as an alternative to paper products. The rental of china or glassware without food or beverage service is discouraged, but we will do our best to accommodate the needs of the campus community.

  • On-site China Service
    $1.25 per setting (no service fee for events in Wheelock Student Center)
  • Off-site China Service
    $2.75 per setting
  • Glassware for alcohol service
    $ 0.25 per piece
  • China or Glassware Rental
    $ 0.25 per piece
    $26 handling fee for groups of 49 or fewer
    $52.50 handling fee for groups of 50 or more
  • Chafers Rental
    $15.75 each
  • Platter or Serving Tray Rental
    $5.25 each
  • Kitchen Small Wares Rental
    $1.25 each

Linen & Skirting
We will provide linens in white, ivory, or burgundy for buffet dinners, plated dinners, reception buffets, and break services at no additional cost. If you should like additional linen, specialty linens, or would like to upgrade your color selection, additional fees will apply.

  • Stocked linen rental: $5.25 each
  • Non-stocked linen rental: $6.25 each
  • Stocked napkin rental: $ 0.50 each
  • Non-stocked napkin rental: $ 0.75 each
  • Upgrade table linen :$1.50 each
  • Upgrade napkins: $0.25 each
  • Skirting (black, white, or maroon): $15.75 each

Decorating
We will strive to decorate our buffets with the appropriate décor based on the needs of the client. Flower arrangements and tablecenterpieces can be provided upon request. Fees and options are determined upon season and market availability. Decorations brought in for guest tables and rooms are the responsibility of the customer. All decor must be placed and cleaned up by the customer and subsequent trash removed.

  • Mirrors or hurricane lamps: $2.25 each
  • Bud vases: $1.25 each
