Congratulations on your summer research award.
Your award letter identifies the date your initial award check will be available for you to pick up between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. from the Accounts Payable Office in Jones Hall Room 018. Please be sure to bring your photo ID with you to pick up your check.
The final payment on your student/research grant award will be made in the fall after Associate Academic Dean Sunil Kukreja notifies Accounting & Budget Services that your final report has been received and your public presentation is concluded.
