The university has developed significant online training opportunities for you. With online training, you can get information at any time, you can learn at your own pace, and you can learn about the features of interest to you.

Note: You can find your phone model number on the top right hand corner of the phone handset. Although the video tutorials are for the 7941 and 7961 models, they still apply to our 7942 and 7962 models, respectively.

Live Training

Live training sessions will be held in July and August. These one hour sessions will contain demonstrations and question and answer opportunities. You can click Pre-Register or Register Now on any session to send an email request to be included in the training session.

VoIP Phone Introduction

Come join us to learn about the basic features of your new Cisco VoIP phone.  You will receive a basic overview of the new system, and learn about how to make, receive, and transfer phone calls.  You will also learn about how to check your voicemail in the new system and take advantage of some of the new features.
