Telephone Services
Technology Services is pleased to provide telephone services for the University of Puget Sound community.
We have replaced our analog phone system with a new Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) installation. Our analog phone system was almost 20 years old, and was classified as "end of life" by the manufacturer, Avaya, meaning that the phones could no longer be maintained effectively.
Your new phones are now live! Pickup of your old phones will begin on July 30 and continue over the next several weeks. VoIP Introduction sessions are ongoing, and documentation for your new phone is available. As we implement new modules and features of the VoIP system, we will be updating this site, as well as arranging training on an individual and per unit basis.
