Service Desk

The Service Desk provides the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and students needing assistance with technology.To reach the Service Desk:

  • Call campus extension 8585 or 253.879.8585 and press 2
  • E-mail servicedesk@pugetsound.edu
  • Visit the Tech Center in the basement of Collins Library

To report a critical service issue outside business hours, please call Campus Security at 253.879.3311.

Educational Technology

The Educational Technology  team provides services and resources to faculty, students, and support staff in the use of technology and digital media services to enhance teaching, learning and research.To reach EdTEch:
