The Service Desk provides the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and students needing assistance with technology.To reach the Service Desk:

  • Call campus extension 8585 or 253.879.8585 and press 3

  • Visit McIntyre 008 (garden basement level)

To report a critical service issue outside business hours, please call Campus Security at 253.879.3311.

ResNet Student Services

ResNet provides on-site technical troubleshooting for Puget Sound students, maintainance of public access computer labs, and support of the residential network.To reach ResNet:

The Educational Technology  team provides services and resources to faculty, students, and support staff in the use of technology and digital media services to enhance teaching, learning and research.To reach EdTEch:
