Currently there are problems with the video player and Google Chrome. If you are using Chrome and are having problems viewing the film, please switch to another browser and try again.
Update your browser
An old or out of date browser can cause problems playing audio and video.

Update you Flash Player
Some browsers will require Flash to play. If your flash player is outdated, this could cause problems with the audio and video playback.
