Scheduled Maintenance Windows
Technology Services has regularly scheduled maintenance windows to ensure a secure and reliable computing environment. See the Latest Update.
Production Servers
The regular maintenance window is the second Sunday of every month from 3:00 AM to Noon. During this time, all services may be unavailable. This includes:
- Puget Sound Web
- Puget Sound E mail
- Cascade
- Personal and Departmental Shares
Once every three months, this window will be extended from 3:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We will notify the campus community when this extended window is scheduled.
Non-Production Servers
The regular maintenance window is the 1st Thursday of every month from 7:00 to 9:00 AM. General users of university services will not experience any impact during this time.
