Enterprise Information Services

The Enterprise Information Services team provides information systems and services to support the administrative and academic mission of the University of Puget Sound.

Currently our environment includes Cascade, an academic information system and integration platform built in-house, and a number of more specialized adjunct systems, some hosted in the campus data center and others as "cloud" services.

After conducting a selection process for a full ERP package to replace Cascade and Banner, we are implementing an Oracle software suite including PeopleSoft as part of the Optimize Puget Sound. Cascade development is now frozen, and application support is being performed on a limited basis to allow the team to focus on Optimize Puget Sound. The Steering Committee for Enterprise Resource Planning provides oversight and governance of the team's project portfolio.
