Client Support & Educational Technology Services
The Client Support & Educational Technology Services team provides support to current and incoming students, faculty and faculty emeriti, staff, and many other university constituents. All services are located in the Tech Center in the garden-level basement of Collins Memorial Library.
Copy Services
Copy Services offers copying and printing services to meet the needs of departments and individuals on campus.
Digital Media Lab
The Digital Media Lab offers high end computing facilities for video and audio editing to support simple and complex projects.
Educational Technologists
We assist faculty, staff, and students in the use of technology and digital media services to enhance teaching, learning, and research.
Event Support
We provide support for live events at many indoor and outdoor venues on campus.
Media Desk
The Media Desk provides loaner equipment for checkout to students, faculty and staff, including:
- Laptops
- Mini netbooks
- Digital still cameras
- Digital video cameras
- Digital audio recorders
- Clickers - Personal Response Systems
- Misc other equipment (microphones, cables, adapters)
Service Desk
The Service Desk provides the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and students needing assistance with technology.
