Tip of the Day: Embrace the Single Space

The single space after a period is a beautiful thing. It's also functional, useful, and correct. That's right! Forget about what you learned in typing class, and read below for an enlightening history of the double space and why those who work with type abandoned the practice long ago. (Still don't believe it? Consult the Chicago Manual of Style or the Modern Language Association Style Manual. The single space is here to stay!)
