Oppenheimer Cafe (OC)

The Oppenheimer Cafe is located in the newly updated science quad formed by Harned and Thompson Halls. The cafe is staffed by university students in conjunction with University of Puget Sound Dining and Conferences Services.

The Oppenheimer Cafe provides an open environment for students and staff to meet, grab a cup of coffee, get a bite to eat and study. The OC uses Caffe Vita as coffee roaster and provider. This relationship is treasured since Caffe Vita is well equipped to meet the demands of our business, training and product knowledge.

Caffe Vita offers their signature whole bean blend for our espresso drinks.

Caffe del Sol: Rich and complex, this espresso blend consists of Latin American, African, and Indonesian coffees. It has hints of dark chocolate and praline, and a silky, deep amber crema with a caramel finish.

Caffe Vita offers their exciting french press ground for our automatic drip coffee offering.

Caffe Luna: Heavy, smokey aromas complement maple, vanilla, and dark chocolate in this French roast blend of Indonesian and Central and South American coffees. It is a full-bodied, low-acidity coffee with a lingering finish.

Join us for our in-house made snacks, salads and wraps. Partnering with our fine Diner team, we are able to produce fresh-made offerings to the campus. Our Grab & Go items include; yogurt parfait, breakfast wraps, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, turkey and cheese on wheat, rotating lunch wraps, rotating seasonal salads, hard-boiled eggs and convenient portions of hummus, tuna salad and chicken.
