Diversions Café

Diversions Café, located on the main floor of the Wheelock Student Center, was established in the fall of 1997 and is managed and staffed by university students in conjunction with the University of Puget Sound Dining and Conference Services. 

New at the Café

Diversions Café is a great meeting spot for students to study or socialize over a cup a delicious coffee, tea, or smoothie.  As of summer 2011, Diversions Café is proudly brewing Caffé Vita coffee roasted locally in Seattle, WA.  Diversions café, as well as the rest of the campus is very excited about the new possibilities and products Caffe Vita has to offer.  Diversions café is brewing Caffe del Sol espresso, a rich and complex blend of beans from Latin America, Africa and Indonesia.  Flavors of dark chocolate, praline and caramels, complement all lattes, cappuccinos and mochas beautifully.  Diversions café is also serving Caffe Vita’s Caffe Luna coffee.  The smokey aromas, and sweet underlying flavors of maple, vanilla and dark chocolate characterize this low-acidity, French roast.  

Additional Items

In addition to coffee and traditional espresso drinks, Diversions café also offers a wide selection of Choice Tea, Oregon Chai, Jet Tea and Mo Café Smoothies, cider, Coca Cola products, and Pellegrino Italian sodas.  To complement a drink, the café sells Alki Bakery pastries, Bebop biscotti, and Luna and Clif bars.
