  • Sick Student Meal Service Order Form
    If you are ill, this form can be used to order/pick up food from the Diner or Cellar.  Please fill out and submit the form, then arrange for someone to pick up and deliver the food to you. Be sure to include the anticipated pick-up time so we can have the food ready to go.
