Phone number and email address so you can be reached quickly & easily if we have any questions
Account to be charge (if not paying cash)

Sending Digital Jobs to Copy Services
Printing any Word, Publisher, Excel, or PowerPoint file is fairly easy. However, we would prefer it if you save your file as a PDF whenever possible. Attach your file to an email message and send it to us at email@example.com. If your file is too large to send via e-mail (over 50 MB), call us for a solution.
Note: Sending a PDF helps to avoid formatting problems that can occur when opening files that were created on a different computer.
Digital Printing/Scanning Facts
If you are networked to your department's Konica Minolta copier, please be aware any time a computer has changes (re-imaged computer, new computer, upgraded to new operating system, etc.) the drivers for printing will have to be reloaded and the drive remapped for scanning.
Note: Scan folders are not secure. Confidential information should be removed from your scan folder and saved to your computer.
