Resources for Student Staff Members

Beginning in January 2013, the Payroll Office will transition student staff members from a monthly to a semi-monthly payroll. You'll now be paid on the 15th and the last day of the month! (Read the Dec. 3 email from the Payroll Office about Student Payroll and Timekeeping changes for more details.)

To ensure timely receipt of your payroll payment:

Learn to correctly enter your time. Watch the training videoread the training manual, and speak with your supervisor about procedures in your department.

Submit your hours daily. You will not receive automated reminders to "finalize" your timesheet.
