Wednesday, November 16, 2005
4 - 5:30 p.m.
Do you watch sci-fi and point out all of the scientific inaccuracies?
Do you lo-o-ove your Puget Sound environmental sustainability mug?
Do you DVR/TiVo NOVA programs?
Does your necktie feature an artistic rendition of E. Coli?
If so, set down that periodic table and come learn about opportunities in science and the environment! Meet Puget Sound alumni and others who are working in science and environmental fields. Panelists who have volunteered to share their time and expertise with you include: a hydrogeologist with the local consulting firm Robinson, Noble and Saltbush, a regulatory affairs manager for Weyerhaeuser, a landscape ecologist for the Wilderness Society, and a medical microbiologist with MultiCare Health Systems. Whether you are majoring in science or just curious, come hang out and hear these career success stories.
All classes and majors are invited!
