Wedding & Union Reservation Form

Kilworth Chapel may be reserved for up to one and a half hours for the ceremony rehearsal and for any 4-hour block between 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. for a Saturday or Sunday ceremony. The Chapel Lounge may be reserved for an additional 4-hour block for your ceremony reception. Please note that the four hour ceremony reservation block includes set up, photography, and clean up.

Catering

You are required to use either the university's Dining and Conference Services or an approved and licensed caterer. DCS can be reached at 253.879.3263. If not using DCS, you must provide a copy of the catering license to the Kilworth Chapel Manager.

Ceremony & Reception Fees

Reservation fees are non-refundable and must be paid by check, credit or debit card, or money order at the time the contract is submitted. Includes rehearsal time, space rental, dressing rooms, Chapel Assistant service, setup and clean up of specified items for ceremony, and setup and clean up of tables, chairs, and specified items for reception.
